I hope you had a wonderful New Year’s.  We spent it with all my family at home, including my parents and our dear friends, the R. family, visiting.  They’ve traveled to 2 different states and 3 of our homes to spend New Year’s Eve with us.  It’s such a fun tradition and we look forward to getting together with them every year (could it be our tradition of watching a Planet of the Apes movie marathon that keeps them coming back?).

  3. Some of these were my favorites, too, Susan! I want to spend this cold January day making some of your Easy Magazine Flowers (so cheerful!), and then save them to decorate gifts through the year. Thank you for sharing this with us at The Best of the Best of 2014 Party- pinned! Oh, and by the way, I’m coming to your house for New Year’s Eve next year, too- Planet of the Apes Marathon!!! Save me a spot on the sofa.

    1. Joy, so happy to know that I’m not the only Planet of the Apes fan! I’ll be saving your seat for the next marathon.
