I participated in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Influence Central for Crepe Erase™. I received product samples to facilitate my review and a promotional item to thank me for my participation.

I’ve reached that certain age where it seems like each morning when  I wake up there’s a new change in this trusty body of mine.  The aging process seems to be speeding up lately.  It’s so strange.  I know I’m not 25 years old, but that’s how I see myself in my mind’s eye.  Every time I look in the mirror, I’m briefly startled by the older woman looking back at me.  Every. single. time. When I was offered the opportunity to try out the Crepe Erase™ system, I jumped at it (maybe I didn’t jump as quickly as I used to, but I still jumped).

I regret that I didn’t take better care of my skin when I was younger (but then we didn’t know as much as we do now about skin care). My skin is definitely starting to show my age.   I’m not one to wear heavy make-up (it makes me feel like I’m smothering), so I need to take care of my skin to make it look its best.  I’m okay with getting older, I just want to take care of myself and my skin as I grow older.

One of the important steps I’ve been implementing is to take better care of my skin to address the results of aging. Many skin treatments focus only on the skin of the face and neglect the skin on the rest of our bodies that can also show the signs of aging.

In the past year, I’ve noticed that the skin on my neck doesn’t bounce back the way it used to.  It’s entering the crepey-looking skin era.  I may just be on the threshold of the crepey skin era, but I’d like to do what I can to take care of my skin and post-pone my full entry into that stage.

Using the Crepe Erase™ system is an easy 2-step process focused on treating the skin of the neck, chest, legs and arms so that it can look smoother, firmer and more youthful-looking.

Step 1

Exfoliating Body Polish, containing TruFirm™, rejuvenates aging, crepey-looking skin.   It gently exfoliates rough dead skin cells, to reveal smother, more resilient, younger-looking skin. This promotes healthy skin cell turnover and improves overall skin texture.

I found it easy to add the Exfoliating Body Polish to my shower routine.  The first day it caused the skin on my neck to tingle for about 5 minutes.  Each day it tingled for a shorter period of time until I no longer noticed it after several days.  It has a pleasant, very mild scent.

Step 2

Intensive Body Repair Treatment, also contains TruFirm™, smooths, firms and tightens the look of dry, aging, crepey skin. The nutrient rich , super-hydrating oils provide all-day moisture and protection for your skin.

I simply smoothed it on my neck after my shower. It has a stronger scent, it’s not unpleasant, but it is distinctive.  It instantly softened my skin and my skin felt smooth and soft all day long.  It was surprising how long through the day my skin felt much softer and silkier than before.

The skin on my neck is already looking fresher and younger.  I haven’t noticed an improvement in the firmness of the skin yet, but the instant smoothness and silkiness is almost addictive and definitely makes me feel younger.  I’ll update you in a couple of weeks how my skin is looking and feeling after using Crepe Erase™ for two weeks.

  3. I feel the same as you do when I look in the mirror! I began to take better care of my skin a few years ago. I will have to try this – I think the exfoliating sounds great. I would like the tingly feeling!

  4. I abandoned my skin care when I gave up makeup, ya know , like throwing the baby out with the bathwater? So Now I need intensive moisture replenishment, and this two pronged approach sounds like a contender.

    1. I do know, Barbara, I do. I wish I could go back and take better care of my skin starting from about age 10.
