Being a military family means that we’re often in a new place for the holidays.  We try whenever we can to spend holidays with family, whether they come to see us or we go to visit them.  While I enjoy cooking holiday meals, it can be stressful if you’ve just moved and are hosting a house full of guests.  That’s where Piccadilly Restaurants and their Holiday To-Go  Meals can help.

Since we are almost never located near our families, that means that when they come to visit, the cooking responsibility is on me.  Of course they help me once they arrive, but the planning and preparation is my responsibility.  Being able to order a Holiday To-Go  meal from Piccadilly Restaurant means I’ll have more precious time to spend with my family rather than in the kitchen.

Piccadilly has grown from one restaurant in Baton Rouge, LA in 1932 to more than 60 restaurants and 80 food service locations all across the southeast.  They’re know for serving homestyle food in a comfortable atmosphere where parents can feel welcome with their children (even when the children act like children).

With the Holiday To-Go meal, you can choose from turkey and ham, with all the trimmings, like homestyle side dishes and desserts, included.  Depending on the number of guests you’ll be having this year, you can choose from the Holiday Feast, which will feed 10-14, or the Junior Holiday Feast, which will serve 4-6.  Holiday To-Go feasts must be ordered 36 hours in advance.  You can order the entire meal or simply choose which dishes you prefer ala carte.  Pop over to Piccadilly’s Holiday To-Go to order your own favorites.  Then you too can spend more time with your family enjoying the true meaning of the season.

Piccadilly is also offering a special Holiday savings offer.  For every $50 spent on gift cards now through December 31, 2013, you will receive a $10 savings card which can be used towards a Piccadilly purchase from January 1 – January 21, 1014 at participating restaurants.  If you’re going to be a guest for a holiday meal this year, think about giving a Piccadilly gift card to your host early to help with the meal preparation.

  1. Wow, this sounds like a great place to grab a meal that is as good as a home cooked one. Although I love to cook, there are times when being able to order a meal is better. I will have to see if there is a Picadilly close to me.
