The crazy busy family schedule worked out so that I was able to test them on Sunday and Monday.
After the hockey game, my oldest daughter and I drove to a college presentation about an hour away. I wanted to dress nicely (of course) but still be comfortable. I prefer wearing flats, but find that the lack of support is uncomfortable. This was the perfect opportunity to test the Dr. Scholl’s For Her Comfort Insoles I received.
I will say that I really liked the BB+ Cream. It’s light enough that it feels more like a moisturizer and doesn’t give you that smothering feeling that foundation does. It’s covers lightly, so it does not cover my imperfection (read sun damage dark spots) as well as foundation does. But it’s the perfect balance of coverage and light-weight for me. It also reduces dark spots, so I’m hopeful that there will be fewer imperfections needing coverage.
My original intention had been to try the Annie’s White Cheddar Macaroni & Cheese when I got back from the college presentation as a treat. But each of my 3 children made a point to tell me that they wanted to try it too. The only time we could schedule our taste testing was Monday after school. The kids were excited, but I’ve never been a fan of microwave prepared macaroni and cheese, so I was less excited.
But as you can see with the 4 forks, we all gave it a try. The kids really liked it . But the true test is that I liked it, too. It was creamy and had a pleasant (not nuclear spill orange) color. I’d definitely give the Annie’s a 2 thumbs up vote.
It was a happy 2 days of product testing in my house. I’ve found 4 new products that I like and will be looking for in the store.

I’m the same, hate foundation but now I’m older, 53!! I need something to not look washed out,and I have a few serious health issues but like to look healthy, so since I discovered tinted moisturiser a few years ago that’s basically all I wear. I have trialled a few BB creams and like those too. I just feel they make me look healthier, plus a little bare essentials on my cheeks and I feel ok to face the world, mostly anyway 🙂 x

Oh, where do I start? First off, you are beautiful! My daughter has talked about BB cream, but I have never tried it. I need to tkae care of my skin, so I will read more about it. Annie’s pasta has always been a favorite of our family. Of course, we enjoy homemade the best, but in a pinch the Annie’s is the best. I feel good about serving it to my family!
