Nothings says nostalgic organizing like library card drawers. They are just so vintage-y charming. Last week I shared my beautiful upcycled library drawers that I use to organize my craft room.
After days of sitting and admiring that lovely upcycled vintage-ness, I realized that I also wanted to create my own library cards printables to use in my library card drawers and to use in even more craft and organizing projects.
My mind boggles with all the possible uses for these printable library cards. organizing labels, for cards, for note cards and more.

I have happy memories of using the card catalog at the library when I was very, very (cough, cough) young.
I was working on a printable checklist late one night when I realized that it would be fun to make my own printable library cards.

Free Library Card in Six Different Colors
I wanted to create a traditional blue library card to pay homage to those happy researching times with the card catalog just a few (cough, cough) years ago.
After designing my first blue library card, I knew then that I had to keep on designing them in more colors because they’re just so much fun. More bright colors equals more fun organizing. How about a red library card?
Did you notice that I added Organized 31 in place of the printing company on the bottom of the card? What would you use this purple library card for?
And you know that I had to have my library cards printed in the USA (see it even says it at the bottom right of the card). Isn’t this pink library card just so sweet?
I see this orange library card used in many different Halloween crafts and gifts.

I’m having these printed on fabric. Someone in the Buy Nothing group I’m in suggested sewing up some bags that could be passed around among members. She wanted to track where things had been. I’ll sew one of these into each bag so people can check in if they want to.

How do I print library cards?
Hi, Laura. You can click on each image or the underlined text that has the color of the library card above each image. When you click on it, the image will open in a new window. Right click on the image and save it to your computer. You can then print it from your printer as many times as you’d like.
I tried to download the templates and nothing happened
