Working together we will create an organized and efficient space that works best for your unique needs and space.

There are a variety of reasons why you may prefer the option of virtual professional organizing:

  • Your schedule doesn’t allow meeting in person with a professional organizer.
  • Your situation isn’t conducive to having an in-person professional organizer in your home.
  • You feel more comfortable working with someone virtually rather than in-person.
  • You’re embarrassed to have someone come into your home right now (although any professional organizer will tell you not to be embarrassed!).

With virtual organizing, you get:

  • A free 20-minutes consultation prior to beginning work.
  • Personalized tips, advice, and encouragement.
  • Homework to accomplish between video chats.
  • Personalized suggested organizing products list.
  • Your specific questions answered and your unique organizing needs solved.

All decisions on what to throw away or donate are always made by you, and you alone.

Virtual organizing services are available in 2-hour packages. Your project may require more than 2 hours to complete depending on the size of the project and your personal decision making process and physical speed of completing tasks.

IMPORTANT – TERMS and CONDITIONS

The terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Organized 31, LLC (doing business as Organized 31), employees, contractors, subcontractors, or assistants; the terms “I” and “you” and “your” refer to the client.

We offer virtual organizing services available from this site to you (the client) based on your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated herein.

By purchasing virtual organizing services from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms apply to all virtual organizing clients. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not purchase any of our services.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations require 48-hour notice. When you book an appointment, you can reschedule with no additional charge. If you need to reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, there is an additional $50 cancellation fee.

Cancellations significantly affect my schedule and the schedules of my other clients. I am unable to accommodate multiple cancellations.

All appointments will start at the scheduled time. Being 15 or more minutes late for a session is considered a missed appointment, and forfeits your appointment. This will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

NON-JUDGEMENTAL SERVICE

Allowing someone into your space to discuss clutter can be a vulnerable and intimidating experience. We acknowledge that, but also know that the organized results are transformational. I will always be non-judgmental throughout the entire organizing process.

Virtual organizing sessions expire six (6) months after purchase.

SESSION TIMES

Session lengths can be determined during our initial consult, but generally, a two-hour session is optimal for virtual organizing. Clearing clutter can be physically and emotionally draining, so longer virtual organizing sessions will be considered carefully.

PAYMENTS & REFUND POLICY (REFUND POLICY ONLY APPLIES TO PRODUCTS, EXCLUDING DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS)

All service and downloadable sales are final (non-refundable) and non-transferable. This includes gift certificates and service packages. Payment for virtual organizing is due 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date.

Payments are processed through PayPal.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All client information is confidential.  Proprietary information will only be used with the permission of each client. We maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and respect for you, your possessions and your home.
