Running To-Do List Set
Keep Your To-Do List Moving
The Running To-Do List Set gives you a simple system for capturing tasks, assigning dates, tracking progress, and carrying unfinished tasks forward instead of letting them get lost on scraps of paper or crowded into your calendar.
Use it on its own or alongside your calendar, planner, or bullet journal.
What’s Included
The 4-page set includes:
- Brain Dump: Capture tasks as they come to mind, then add a due date or day of the week when needed.
- Running To-Do List: List tasks for the week, identify the day a task should be completed, and track whether tasks are scheduled, started, moved, or completed.
- Bite-Sized Tasking: Break larger projects into smaller next-action tasks and give each step a target date.
- Notes: Keep additional notes, ideas, or information related to your task planning in one place.
How It Works
Start with the Brain Dump page to get tasks out of your head. If a task has a due date, you can add the date or identify the day of the week.
For larger projects, use the Bite-Sized Tasking page to break the project into smaller steps. Related tasks can be identified together, and each step can have a target completion date. Add those smaller tasks to your Running To-Do List.
The Running To-Do List lets you move a task from one day to another when your plans change. Uncompleted tasks can then be carried forward to the following week’s list.
The pages also have space along the left side for hole punching so you can add them to a binder, disc-bound journal, Happy Planner, or another binder-style notebook.
Digital product: Nothing will be shipped. You will receive a download link after purchase.
You may print the pages as many times as you like for your personal use. The designs may not be used for commercial purposes or resold.
Make your to-do list easier to manage by giving each task a place, a date, and a next step.
