Tips to Download a PDF Product
You will receive an email with a link to download the printable pdf. While we are not IT experts, if you’re having difficulty these are suggestions that may help.
If you can’t find the email
- Check your spam folder. Some email services send the confirmation email with your link there.
- Check your email settings or security software
If you’re having trouble downloading a PDF
- Check for the pdf file in your Downloads file.
- Search your computer for the pdf file using your computer’s search bar.
- Check your internet connection.
- Make sure you turn off any pop-up blockers.
- Re-download the pdf. Sometimes the file might not have downloaded completely, so try to download it again.
- Try using a different browser.
- Right-click (or CTRL-click on Mac) and save instead of left-clicking the link. Select “Save link as” or Save target as”.
- Clear your browser cache.
- Update your pdf reader software.
- Check your antivirus software because it might be incorrectly identifying the pdf installer as malware.
- Make sure there are no file size restrictions on the device or email provider you’re using that could prevent large files from downloading.
- Open your browser in incognito mode and try downloading again.
- Restart your device, which can can resolve technical issues and may help.
- Try a different device.
