Happy July! I love the month of July. It’s filled with sunshine, sleeveless dresses, lazy hours at the pool or beach, watermelon and ice cream. What a great month! I want to be able to enjoy every single minute of the month. To make sure that I’m organized with the tasks I need to accomplish this month, I use my July To Do List Free Printable. I work my way down the checklist and then spend every other minute enjoying the summer weather and summer activities.
As much as I like to relish the lazy days of summer, July is the first month of the quarter and our quarterly task rotation. That means there are several reoccurring tasks that I focus on accomplishing this month. Grab your own copy of the free printable July To Do List and let’s get started.

It’s the first month of the quarter, so in July we replace mascara and any other eye makeup. Having recently had surgery on my eye as result of basal cell carcinoma on my lower eyelid, making sure any makeup applied near my eyes is fresh and sanitary is a big priority for me.
It’s also time to replace all toothbrushes. It goes without saying that having a fresh, sanitary toothbrush is also a priority.
July is the start of the two hottest months of the year. That takes a real toll on your lawn and garden. If you haven’t already, take a few minutes to create a watering schedule. Your yard will thank you and your neighbors will be envious.
Print out your July To Do List, grab your favorite iced beverage (two of my favorites are the Best Strawberry Lemonade Ever and my Mocktail Hawaiian Sangria), kick back and enjoy the relaxing days of July.

I’m a mom of 3, a veteran and military spouse. I’ve moved into 20+ homes all around the world. My passion is helping busy people make the space and time for what’s really important to them.
I have learned something new today. Didn’t realize I needed to replace my mascara every three months. I will have to figure out a way to label my makeup so I can do this. You are right, July is a wonderful month. So many fun actives and great foods. Plus there are fireworks!
You can use a permanent marker to mark the date on the mascara. Or use my monthly checklists to remember. 🙂
July is my favorite month! I’ll tweet this out… great to stay on top of things!
Thanks for sharing, Seana. Happy July!
We do replace our toothbrushes often, but hadn’t thought about needing to replace our mascara. I’ll have to pay more attention to how long a tube lasts. Thanks for the tips.
If you already have an established schedule for changing out your toothbrushes, then just make that your mascara change schedule as well. Keep things as easy as possible is my motto, Brenda. 🙂
