I hope you had a wonderful New Year’s. We spent it with all my family at home, including my parents and our dear friends, the R. family, visiting. They’ve traveled to 2 different states and 3 of our homes to spend New Year’s Eve with us. It’s such a fun tradition and we look forward to getting together with them every year (could it be our tradition of watching a Planet of the Apes movie marathon that keeps them coming back?).

On Monday I shared the 10 best organizing ideas of 2014. I thought it would be fun to walk through the top 10 most popular DIY posts of 2014 today.
I'm so amused that the most popular DIY post was oh so easy and a tribute to Dr. Seuss.

Do you have a favorite project from these top 10 DIY projects?
I've planned several DIY projects for this month, including a new popular theme around our house that goes by the letters D&D (any D&D fans?). See you next week with the first new projects of 2015.

I remember all of these great posts and still don’t know which one is my favorite! I think the sea glass jars rank high on the list. Thanks for sharing so many great post last year. I look forward to seeing more in 2015!

Some of these were my favorites, too, Susan! I want to spend this cold January day making some of your Easy Magazine Flowers (so cheerful!), and then save them to decorate gifts through the year. Thank you for sharing this with us at The Best of the Best of 2014 Party- pinned! Oh, and by the way, I’m coming to your house for New Year’s Eve next year, too- Planet of the Apes Marathon!!! Save me a spot on the sofa.

Joy, so happy to know that I’m not the only Planet of the Apes fan! I’ll be saving your seat for the next marathon.
